Tim Kole is a licensed General Contractor, entrepreneur, and project manager in Middle Tennessee’s fast growing Nashville area. A Michigan native, Tim moved to Nashville in 2018 and started working in real estate the following year. From small repairs, to split lot multi-home new construction projects, Tim has worked on hundreds of homes. Tim holds a Bachelors of Science in Engineering from Michigan State University. Tim also enjoys volunteering at church, disc golf, hunting, hiking, and drumming.
